- Do I have to buy every product?
- No. Start with one — most teams begin with Automate or Forms — and add others when there is a reason to. Growth and Enterprise include all five.
- What counts as an automated task?
- One completed step in a workflow run. A flow with four steps that runs 100 times uses 400 tasks. Failed steps that never ran are not counted.
- Can we migrate data from our current tools?
- Yes. Every plan includes import from CSV and from the common tools we connect to. Enterprise includes a guided migration with our team.
- How does billing work if our headcount changes?
- Growth is billed on active users and prorated within the period. Removing a user credits the unused portion against your next invoice.
- Where is our data stored?
- In the region you choose at setup — UK, EU, US or Australia. Enterprise plans can pin processing to a single region.
