Placeholder text. This page is a structural template, not legal advice, and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Replace it with policy drafted for your actual data practices before the site goes live.
These terms govern your use of the Adderbee website and products. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The agreement
These terms, together with your order form and our data processing agreement, form the contract between you and Adderbee Ltd. Where an order form conflicts with these terms, the order form wins.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at security@adderbee.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
- send unsolicited bulk messages;
- probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written consent;
- resell or provide the service to a third party except under our partner programme.
4. Your data
You keep all rights in the content you put into the service. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and back it up so that we can provide the service. We process customer content only on your instructions.
5. Fees
Fees are as set out on the pricing page or your order form, exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless either party gives 30 days’ notice. We may change prices at renewal with at least 60 days’ notice.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability. Enterprise plans carry a contractual service level with service credits; other plans are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where there is a security risk, an unpaid invoice more than 30 days overdue, or a breach of section 3. You may cancel at any time; on termination you keep export access to your data for 30 days.
8. Warranties and liability
We warrant that the service will perform materially as documented. Otherwise the service is provided as is. Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, each party’s total liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
